Account Assistant

You don’t require previous PR experience for this role but experience in a corporate or professional services environment would be an advantage. Attention to detail and excellent writing skills are also high on our selection criteria.

Role summary

Account Assistants are responsible for providing the team with administrative support.

Job responsibilities

  • Administrative support on seven / eight accounts
  • Supports account team members, including Account Managers and Account Directors
  • General research for new business opportunities/pitches

Knowledge/experience required

  • Clear and effective communicator with the ability to quickly build strong relationships
  • Good understanding of business to business sales process
  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to organise own time effectively
  • Understanding of social media channel management desirable
